SCM NOVA Si 400
The NOVA si 400 is the best seller of its category. Precise, cost effective and compact tilting blade circular saw, ideal for small spaces and for those who do not want to give up the reliability of SCM joinery machines. A notable feature is the presence of the scoring unit, which can be conveniently adjusted from the outside of the machine, as well as an amazing cut of both thick solid wood and even melamine-faced panels, with the saw unit having a maximum blade diameter of 400 mm (15.75”) with the scoring blade mounted.
SCM ME 35t
The SCM me 35t automatic edge bander offers the “very best” performance in edge banders at this level. The panel edge surface is without any imperfections before the gluing operation thanks to the pre-milling unit. It utilizes 2 diamond tools with opposing rotation and timed intervention that, through the removal operation, corrects any panel imperfections caused by the saw cutting process and panel storage. The special end cutting unit with radius function is equipped with a blade and a high frequency motor to provide the best finishing quality of the machined edge.
SCM NOVA Si 520

SCM MORBIDELLI cx 100
The morbidelli CX100 is a compact vertical cnc machining center for wood panels. This high-performance drilling and routing machine can process up to 400 panels per shift, even though it only occupies 8m2 (<100 ft2) of floorspace. A primary working unit equipped with 18 independently fired drills guarantees repeated accuracy and precision on 5 sides of the panel due to the SCM patented Ro.Ax (Roto-Axial) drilling head design. An on-board 3-axis router and integrated grooving blade expand the capabilities of the cx100, ensuring that any additional processing of machined panels is reduced. The feed-thru clamp design ensures that this technology can be used for any batch size since the setup time between panels is zero. The CX100 is ergonomically comfortable to reload and because it is controlled by SCM’s Maestro Software Suite the operator will be assured a powerful and user-friendly HMI experience.
